We’re in the dark of the Moon today and tomorrow. It’s Monday and the Moon’s in Sag, so you may be feeling more optimistic than you were this weekend. The deal is, the dark Moon is a time for going inward. It’s appropriate for psychic work or just tapping into your intuition. The New Moon is Wednesday (26° Sag), but most of that day the Moon is void of course on the east coast of the US (void is 7:02am to 5:32pm EST). We begin this day with the Pisces Moon conjunct Uranus at 8:41am ET (US). That can make for a difficult adjustment if you have to go back to work this morning. The Moon also opposes Saturn midday so there’s a feeling of delayed gratification.This evening has a more pleasant vibe as the Moon sextiles Jupiter.

Cooler heads prevail today with the Moon in Aquarius. There is the element of distraction and fidgetiness however with the AQ Moon semi-square it’s ruler Uranus this afternoon. ( 4:08pm ET in US). So here’s the deal…Mars conjoins Pluto today at 3:02 pm ET (US). The Moon in Capricorn trines Saturn at 3:04 pm, and conjoins Mercury at 10:53 pm. Do your best Frank Lloyd Wright impression and draw up a blueprint for your life. Carve your intentions in stone. OK, enough metaphors for one day.

What a shift today is. We have a real “get er done” kind of aspect with Mercury (in Cap) trine Saturn (in Virgo) and the Moon conjunct Mars at 6:25 pm. The Moon enters Capricorn tonight at 6:56 pm (ET US) and will promptly conjoin our friend Pluto. We are in a serious sober mood today. Also on the menu, it’s a “Dark Moon”, since the New Moon is not until Saturday morning at 7:22 am (again – ET US). You might be dwelling on the past, or family issues now.

The Moon enters Sagittarius this morning at 6:13 AM ET US, which brings a welcome jovial relief from the intensity of the Scorpio Moon. Of course this is just in time for Christmas Eve. The only significant aspect today is a friendly Mercury (in Capricorn) sextile to Uranus (in Pisces) at 11:33 AM, which is good for creative business solutions. It’s also a good time to call (or hear from) an old friend.
