A Virgo rising perfectionist? You bet. What’s so striking to me though, is Jobs’ conjunction of the “dwarf” planet Eris and the Moon. In the myth, Eris was excluded from the wedding of Peleus and Thetis – which she wasn’t too happy about. After being snubbed, she threw a golden apple (the Apple of Discord) into the party. The apple had the word “Kallisti” written on it, which means – “For the most beautiful one”, – this caused the other Goddesses to have to choose, which led to the famous Judgement of Paris. So it’s rather interesting that Jobs and Wozniak chose the name Apple for their brand. An Apple of Discord was certainly thrown into the beige, boring, DOS world of IBM computers. One of the keywords for Eris is “exclusion”. Jobs didn’t graduate from college, he did acid, traveled to India, and was clearly anti-establishment.
